Professional, kind, considerate, clear, efficient and helpfull at Orthoparc

Tomer Jacoby komt uit Israël en heeft dr. Tigchelaar via internet gevonden als specialist i.v.m. patella klachten. In Israël hebben ze deze expertise niet. Het eerste contact/intake met Siebren Tigchelaar ging telefonisch nadat de patiënt de MRI online met ons heeft gedeeld. Daarna heeft er een telefonische preoperatieve screening plaatsgevonden, waarna de operatie is ingepland. Hij is één dag voor de operatie fysiek nog gezien door Siebren Tigchelaar om alles nog een keer goed door te spreken.

I'm from Israel and I don't speak Dutch.
Still, everyone has been remarkably kind to me and very considerate of my circumstances.
Dr. Tigchelaar meticulously answered my many questions prior to surgery and was very patient.
Communication with the staff has been clear and helpful.
Care and guidance by nurses and physiotherapists have been excellent.
Overall, I would say it is an efficient team, yet one that doesn't compromise on the time required by each patient.
